Here are the steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open Microsoft Power Automate and create a new flow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the &#8220;SharePoint&#8221; connector and select the &#8220;When an item is created, modified or deleted&#8221; trigger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign in to your SharePoint account and select the site where your list is located. Then, select the list that you want to monitor for update and delete events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add a &#8220;Condition&#8221; action to your flow to check the value of the &#8220;TriggerBody()&#8221; expression.
