Practical AI for Daily Operations

Turn organisational data into timely, useful assistance

AI agents can retrieve authorised information, summarise records, draft content, identify pending work and prepare recommended next steps. Staff remain in control of decisions, approvals, communications and updates to operational systems.

  • Summarise long records, communications and activity histories.
  • Draft emails, letters, reports, meeting notes and programme updates.
  • Identify missing information, overdue tasks and follow-up items.
  • Retrieve relevant policies, procedures and organisational knowledge.
  • Prepare structured recommendations for staff review and approval.

NCSS funding may be available for qualifying AI projects

Eligible Social Service Agencies may apply for support under the NCSS Transformation Sustainability Scheme for qualifying AI and digitalisation projects.

Depending on the selected functions and implementation scope, a project may be considered as an AI Personal Productivity Solution under Green Lane or as a bespoke digitalisation project.

AI Productivity Supports qualifying document creation, communication, knowledge and research functions.
Up to $30,000 Maximum fundable amount for a qualifying Green Lane AI Personal Productivity Solution.
Bespoke Projects Custom AI solutions may be assessed under the bespoke digitalisation project pathway.

Smart Source AI Agents are not presented as an NCSS pre-approved solution. Funding eligibility depends on the selected functions, project scope, agency eligibility, organisational health requirements, prevailing funding limits and formal NCSS approval. A Green Lane AI Personal Productivity Solution must satisfy at least two of the qualifying categories specified by NCSS.
