How to apply for NCSS grants for Smart Source DMS
To apply for the grant, your can follow this step-by-step guide:
📥 Step 1: Download Your Documents
- Save the official Smart Source DMS Quotation. (Either Standard or Premium Package quotation)
- Premium package quotation: https://file.go.gov.sg/preapproveddms-smartsource-package1.pdf
- Standard package quotation: https://file.go.gov.sg/preapproveddms-smartsource-package2.pdf
- Note: Because our solution is pre-approved, you only need this one quotation from us. You are completely exempted from sourcing multiple competitive bids.
🔐 Step 2: Log into the OurSG Grants (OSG) Portal
- Have your authorized personnel log into the official OurSG Grants Portal using your agency’s CorpPass.
- Start a new application under the Transformation & Sustainability Scheme (TSS) – Part C (Pre-scoped Solutions).
🖱️ Step 3: Select Smart Source in the Portal Dropdowns
When filling out the IT solutions section of the digital form, the portal will provide dropdown menus. Please select the following:
- Solution Category: Donor Management Solution (DVMS)
- Vendor Name: Smart Source Technologies Private Limited
- Package Tier: [Select “Premium Package” to match quote]
📁 Step 4: Upload & Submit
- Upload our selected quotation into the portal’s attachment field.
- Complete the brief internal justification questions (detailing how a DMS will improve your charity’s productivity) and submit.
⚠️ Important Compliance Rule
Please note that NCSS strict compliance guidelines state that your agency must not sign any contract, pay a deposit, or begin project implementation with us until you receive your official Letter of Award (LOA) via the portal. Commencing work before receiving the LOA will void your grant eligibility.
The evaluation process by NCSS typically takes about 6 to 8 weeks. Once you receive and digitally accept the LOA in the portal, please let us know so we can officially kick off your deployment!
